SISTER BLISTER are unique light installations, light sculptures and objects made from empty, recycled pharmaceutical tablet packaging.

WALKING CHAIR DESIGN has been developing new SISTER BLISTER products from this material since 2007.

Today, industrially manufactured blister packs are produced in huge quantities by the pharmaceutical industry using aluminium and plastic. However, this combination of materials poses a problem when it comes to disposal and recovery.

With SISTER BLISTER, we are launching a public discussion on the topic of waste prevention and recycling.
