PUFF Bar

A new bar in the centre of Vienna. An old brothel is being turned into a new nightspot.

The PUFF bar was recycled from a bankrupt brothel. The entire interior was reinterpreted during the redesign, partly using the old furnishings: a ceiling-filling light installation, new lighting fixtures, new mixing machines, new drinking vessels and glasses.
 

The entire space was visually enlarged into infinity by large mirrors and reflective elements, and always offers the right atmosphere with variable lighting settings.

The PUFF brand (Puff means brothel in German colloquial language) was redesigned for the bar operators, including the logo and various logo advertising signs. 

WALKING CHAIR Design — Fidel Peugeot and Karl Emilio Pircher are working together on a project.
